Umm... yes. Its a cop out. No arguing around this. I had a computer to fix, posts to catch up on and a deadline which is slightly sooner than I'd like but not impossible. I had leftover wine. I had Chorizo. It seems like a simple match made in heaven, or is it too good to be true...The Verdict:
