Salad-type one today. Why not start the week as I mean to go on - Colourfully. Simple but I am hoping that the different tastes of the red and green peppers will be interesting enough.The Verdict:
Not the most astounding dish ever but the peppers were cooked beautifully and there was a good balance of flavours and textures. As a simple salad this was very effective. Would undoubtedly be better paired with another dish but stands up as refreshing and colourful on its own.
