Day 2 of the salad bar. This time something a bit more fresh. There is something weird about making a small tapas dish for a large audience. Though I've become incredibly quick at cutting tomatoes. Another weird skill I've gained. I much prefer this to the 30 cucumbers I had to cute up before making thsi one and overall this salad was definitely more my cup of tea..The Verdict:
Fresh, tasty, crushy and juicy. Nice balance of flavours. Basically everything I want from a salad. Not as popular with the punters though but I guess that is their loss..
