177 - Mushroom and Wine Pinchos [Champiñón y Vino Pinchos]

Seasonal and Simple.

Verdict:
Very adequate. The different mushrooms sautéed in wine were earthy and rich but the small number of them worked well on toasted bread and didn't get too rich. Flavourful and a good appetiser. Very surprised.
