208 - Spanish Risotto [Risotto Espanol]

There is a difference between Risotto and Paella.  I'm not sure what that is but there is. This was definitely a risotto.

The Verdict

Not bad. I really like risotto but having the time and skill to make it is something I rarely have. This was was slightly under-done but in the history of bad risottos this one is safe. Fairly tasty as well and when drizzled with a tiny bit of chilli oil, even better.
