Stock- based stew for cold dark nights with chicken, rosemary, a lot (LOT) of garlic and seasonal vegetables.The Verdict
Tasty and not very heavy. Plus it had the added bonus of having enough garlic to get rid of the awful, awful, awful, nostril wrecking, stomach-churning smell of an African fish head stew which has been lingering in the flat. Shudder, shudder.
