151 - Spiced Chicken Balls [Spiced Pollo Pelotas]

Turns out this recipe is fairly simple with the hardest thing being keeping the balls together and in a regular shape. Ahem..

The Verdict

Tasted really good, bit messy to create but simple. Blender once again saved the day. I could of added more spice but all in all not a bad efforts went well with the salsa and yoghurt I dipped them in.

The Mission!!

I love tapas.

Being indecisive and curious It's possibly my favourite type of eating (that... and sushi, which is similar in many ways). Having spent time in both Spain and Greece where tapas is inherent in every restaurant, bar and sometimes clubs I'm always disappointed at the lack of decent and variations of tapas at home. I also really love cooking and yet find it hard to squeeze in time to do so when working.

I've been meaning to find a way around this. On my birthday a magical friend gave me a wonderful book described as "the definitive guide to tapas". It has approx. 250 recipes and so the challenge began.The great thing about the book is that its recipes range from a simple sauce and salad dressing with warm bread to a paella that takes hours to cook. This way I can balance the dish with the time I have, hopefully making this challenge achievable and interesting.
