181 - Asparagus and Bacon Crumbs [Espárragos y Tocino]

A flavour I have done before but not in this format. Just happy to be back onto tried and tested territory.

Verdict
Tasty. Not too heavy, the crunch of the bacon crumbs goes well with the lightly grilled spears. Great!
