226 - Mussels in Lemon Sauce [Mejillones en Salsa de Limón]

The best thing about moving again was leaving behind some of the more bizarre part-time working hours I've had however to also meant leaving behind Prego's (now closed as a restaurant, deli and catering only - sad times) seafood. Behold some mussels.

The Verdict

Really decent. Not the best mussels ever but nice pretty shells and equally pretty flavours. Tasty even if the chef was a catholic alcoholic (seriously).
