The best thing about eating out is getting dishes that you a) can't cook or b) can't cook that well c) inspire you to cook. Cerviche is one of those dishes. Especially when it's done well. I also like how Andrew took the photo of this so i actually looks as good as it tasted (for once).The Verdict
Perhaps too much lettuce but incredibly yummy. But then I love Cerviche.Taste: 5/5 Fresh and Zingy
