I've done this before, and I will do it again. But this time I did it with these. Anyone who hasn't tried this before should. Turns cherry and plum tomatoes from being familiar little bites to amazing things full of flavour and texture. So tasty and quick. All you need is seasoning, a lot of salt and an oven tray. Even the burnt bits taste good. Looks much more rustic when using tomatoes on the vine as well.

Always super yummy, makes such a difference to salad and cherry tomatoes. Yum.
