188 - Moorish Grilled Flatbread [ Morisca a la Parrilla Pan Plano]

This may be the first and last time I use the oven in the house.The oven which I doubt has ever been cleaned. Ever caused the fire-alarm to go off and as is the curse of the sit-com house not even the fire brigade could turn it off, we had to wait elsewhere for the batteries to die. Such fun.

Verdict
Well the bread came out more puffy than flat and the oven had cooked it unevenly but it was tasty. Worked itke a lighter, sweeter pizza style dish. The marinade from the salad and cheese seeped to the bread and overall it was really good. One to re-try in a more useful kitchen!
