229 - Sicillian

My favourite place for food in Dundee. A small unassuming Sicilian cafe, parked between a bus stop and a post-office which does amazing Sicilian dishes, great, great food, blow-your-brains-out coffee and it is incredibly inexpensive for what you get. Last time I was there we got this rolled crispy delight, two glasses of wine, a diet coke, a large expresso and a pizza for around £15.  I love this place.  Do go if you are ever there.

The Verdict

Super yummy. This was a rolled, baked pizza base filled with tomatoes and mozzarella and other yummy mediterranean things. Comforting, filling and crunchy.
