199 - Potato Stew [Guiso de Patatas]

Finally got into the studio properly so have been ridiculously busy working. Cue another excuse to bung a load of tasty seasonal things in a pot and forget about it for a few hours.

The Verdict
Looks a bit grim but tasted as expected. Adequate, mildly spicy paprika and potato stew. Ended up being strangely smokey which was pleasant but I fear probably came from the decrepit pot rather than the ingredients.
