116 - Orange and Fennel Salad [Naranja y Ensalada de Hinojo]

A nice refreshingly light option after for a moderately warm day. But rather Orange.

The Verdict:

Curious. There is an appealing balance of texture however I think that sweeter rather cheaper oranges should have been used as the overall taste is rather tart. I think however it would make a nice accompaniment to Moorish Lamb or even Cervice for a more acidic balance.
