118 - Lettuce and Chorizo [Lechuga y Chorizo]

With warmer weather I'm always hit with a stronger desire to be healthier, cue some lighter options...

The Verdict:

I was expecting these to be a bit boring however they were pretty awesome. Going to use lettuce as a bread replacement more often, the crunch and watery goodness was refreshing and countered the abundance of spicy paprika and chilli heat in the fillings. Big well done to whoever came up with this as a idea.
