I had some potential good or at worst exciting news to celebrate so had some friends over for a session of awful films, epic tea drinking and tapas making. As well as recreating the wonder which was Chorizo cooked in wine I let them choose what else they fancied making. This one came out tops. The Verdict:
Pretty awesome. Why this hasn't become a staple of buffet dinners and party food is beyond me. We may have also 'cheated' by making the recipe more epic by using cheese with chilli in some and the amazing addition of chorizo in others. They didn't look very pretty and were slightly burnt but this worked very well.
