Breakfast Tortilla... why not?
The Verdict:
I really really need to add more oil to the pan when cooking these. Once agin my ability to make anything resembling a pancake ended up as a scrambled mess. Still this one was really tasty and a rather damn good Sunday brunch option which took almost as long as me fellow cook to make a bagel with beans on top, while not a bad option either I cant help but think I won that one....
