More variations of eggs on toast. This time with some greenery for a change..
Not the best eggs so far but filling, satisfying and tasty none the less. I used as walnut bread by mistake which I didn't think would work but actually added an extra dimension to what would otherwise have been more scrambled eggs on toast...
