46 - Tuna Pinchos [Pinchos de Atun]



Another quick one made between packing for the weekend and meeting a lovely German friend. Once again it was a case of using up already open ingredients. So not very adventurous but fits the bill.

Verdict:
I used Sun-dried tomato puree in place of the standard affair when cooking the tuna because given the option why wouldn't you. Slightly bland overall and not the most exciting Tapas ever but filling and tasty and quick so ultimately not a bad one at all.
