52 - Morrocan Grilled Meat [Marruecos Carne a la Parrilla]

Because I had the ingredients I decided on another moorish lamb dish. The actual recipe said pork but mentioned that lamb was the traditional meat choice so went with that. These are also supposed to be skewers however a lack of long sticks prevented that....


The Verdict :
It's pretty much exactly the same as dish number 50 however that dish was also incredibly awesome. Happy tummy all round.
