50 - Moorish Lamb [Arabe Cordero]


Wow. 1/5th of the way there. This may be far easier than I thought. I also can't believe how quickly time is passing. So it's back onto some meat. I'm entertaining again tonight so felt that something special was required. After returning tired from he hen do I prepared ahead and marinaded this overnight to get maximum flavour release...

The Verdict:
This is pretty good. The lemon, nutmeg and chilies taste wonderful and there is a lovely but not overbearing garlic sweetness. Effective and incredibly yummy...
